Why Friends Academy: The question is not “why” but “why not” Friends Academy. This school is a community of people who care for one another and builds up on the success of others. Where will you always find me: The bottom floor of the library
Best Memory at FA: One of my best memories at Friends Academy is my advisory from the 6th grade, my first year at Friends. Coming from a school with out advisories it was extremely comforting to have a group of kids to bond with right from the beginning. This advisory continues to be one of my favorite memories because of all the fun times we had going out for advisory lunches, winning scavenger hunts, and even making up a dance routine to Thriller for Halloween. Some of my closest friends today came from this advisory and my advisor is still someone who I trust and I know I can talk to if I ever needed to.
Favorite thing to do at FA: My favorite thing to do at FA is to go outside when the weather is nice and spend time with my friends on the quad.
Why Friends Academy: Friends Academy is an extremely close-knit community that is an amazing environment to grow up in. FA’s Quaker beliefs and morals have shaped me into the person that I have become today. I wouldn’t change my experience here for anything.
