Mommy and Me Virtual Yoga
We are offering a five (5) week Mommy & Me Virtual Yoga class that will begin on Saturday, October 17th. This is an ideal class for families with children ages 3 - 8 years old.
This class will offer an understanding of yoga practice while improving strength, flexibility and coordination.
Participants will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing, visualization and stretching techniques.
Halloween Craft Party
We are hosting a virtual Halloween Craft
Claynation will guide students in creating a festive masterpiece that will showcase their artistic skills. Ages 3 - 9. Supplies for the event are included. We hope that you will join us for a spooktacular time
