Fieldhouse
The Friends Academy Indoor Athletic Facilities are comprised of a 30 x 60 yd fieldhouse containing 3 basketball-sized courts with synthetic flooring, as well as another wood-floor 50' x 85' basketball court, located in the main gymnasium.
Weight Training
In addition, there is a 990 sq ft. weight training facility with state-of-the-art Cybex plate-loaded machines, power cages, Smith press machines and 9 Cybex selectorized machines that isolate individual muscle groups, a full set of dumbbells and plyometric balls.
