Health and Wellness Committee Members
The Health and Wellness Committee welcomes participation from faculty, student and parent volunteers. Committee members have an interest in health related topics and are dedicated to working on ways to make the F.A. community stronger through informative presentations and supportive resource materials. Members are respectful of others opinions and perspectives and willing to volunteer time to support the mission and goals of the program. Members help plan, organize, and direct Health and Wellness programs for our community. This committee meets three - four times per year. Through reports, recommendations from the Research and Speaker Sub-committee, and discussion of overall needs of the community and recommendations from other sub-committees, this Health and Wellness Committee selects the Keynote Speaker and the workshop presenters for the conference. Parent members attend regular, more frequent, subcommittee meetings and perform duties related to their subcommittee. Each subcommittee is facilitated by one or two volunteer parent Clerks. When necessary, Clerks will create smaller working groups.
