Parent-Connect Webinar Series
Parent Networking, a branch of the school’s Health & Wellness Program, is pleased to announce a new series of online, educational seminars that are available to the Friends Academy community. Now from the comforts of home, faculty and parents can catch up on the latest research and expert opinions on current childhood and adolescent issues. Seminars are broadcast live at 8:00 p.m. on Monday’s once a month during the school year from the website of Campus Outreach Services.
The Parent Connect series from Campus Outreach Services features a new topic each month presented by a panel of speakers. Besides Friends Academy, school communities from across the country will be joining in the discussion. Those who view the live seminars on Monday nights will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in opinion polls while online. All the live seminars will be recorded as well though and can be accessed about 24 hours after the broadcast.

Parents and faculty must register to view live or recorded webinars. Click here to e-mail Health and Wellness for the registration link if you did not receive a registration email. Registrants will receive confirmation and reminder emails from Campus Outreach Services, as well as the details on the technical requirements for viewing and listening to the seminars.
