6th Annual Conference for Parenting Strategies
& Health Month
April 4 - 30, 2008

Join us, as Friends Academy's 2008 Conference on Parenting Strategies & Health Month focuses on the topic of respect - specifically respectful relationships, respect for the environment and respect for health. There are many programs offered throughout the month of April that explore ways to enhance the health and harmony in our lives, homes and communities:

Dr. Sara Lawrence-Lightfoot, Ed.D., Professor of Education at Harvard University, who will speak about mutual respect, will deliver this year's keynote address.

A trio of environmental experts will provide road maps on how families can move towards greener living.

And a panel of sport authorities will encourage student athletes to respect their bodies.

Our on-line brochure details all of the offerings for Health Month. Please read through the brochure and then register on-line or by mail. All parent programs are open to the public. Advance registration is required for all programs on or by Thursday, April 3rd.
