To maintain confidentiality in the application process, the student-run Diversity Grant Committee will review this form without the name of the applicant.  An appropriate grant will be awarded.  Unless the fund has run out of money, there will hopefully never be a case in which a grant is not awarded.

The Development Office will be notified as to the amount to be granted.  The money will either be transferred to the program for which the grant is requested or directly to the student/parent if need be.
